The apostle Paul writes in Colossians 2:6-7 “As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, having been firmly rooted and now being established in your faith, just as you were instructed, and overflowing with gratitude.“
As disciples of Christ, we are called to be in a constant state of growth. We believe this process of growing deeper roots and being more firmly established in our faith can be effectively accomplished through Small Groups.
Small Groups is a place for each of us to know and be known by others in our common faith experience of Jesus Christ. As Deitrich Bonhoeffer wrote, “The more genuine and the deeper our community becomes, the more clearly and purely will Jesus Christ and His work become the one and only thing that is vital between us.“(Life Together, pg. 26)
We encourage you to pick up the phone and continue the faith adventure of becoming more deeply rooted and built up in Christ.
